In Matisse Goldfish, Deborah creates a variation on one of Henri Matisse's most loved art objects–brightly colored goldfish. A black cat sits mesmerized on the floor beneath the bowl while a tiger-striped cat has climbed up on the furniture to peak in from behind, his image magnified by the glass.
The scene is in Paris, and you can see the Seine flowing below the window in the background.
